The Bell Inn

A 16th Century Coaching Inn run by the same family for over 75 years. The Bell is featured in all the ‘serious’ guides and has won numerous industry awards including being recommended in The Sunday Times Food List and Good Pub Guide as one of the 10 best gastropubs in the UK, The Times Cool Hotel Guide and The Telegraph Best hotels in Essex. We designed a new website showcasing the range of offerings they had to offer, from the sumptuous food in the Bell Inn and their restaurant the Ostlers, to the large range of accommodation and event capability.

Flagship CRM programme for law firm, LBMW

The new online service, branded ‘Education Answers’ provides subscribers with free access to search for relevant information within documents and the opportunity to seek answers to issues encountered in Dioceses, Multi-Academy Trusts, Single Academies, Church and Community Schools.

We have created the brand, designed an entire user interface as well as delivering the programming. It offers a secure password area using two factor authentication, full SSL certification, document upload, review capability, comments and dialogue between the user and the administrators. There are dashboards, intelligence gathering and email capability. We have also recently introduced online advertising within the application.

Summer Nurture magazine published for The Portland Hospital

Nurture magazine is a parenting magazine for the Portland Hospital. A highly successful magazine which is gives parents and parents to be, up to date childcare insights and news. It’s also full of fashion, real life stories and lifestyle topics too.

Special Marriage Licences

Nason Associates have designed and built a unique application system with real time conditional logic to help simplify the process and ease the multi-stage approval processes involved. The system went live in 2020 and has been put through its paces during the recent pandemic with nearly three times as many applications due to banns not being read in Church.

Special Marriage Licences are given by the Archbishop under powers he and his predecessors have exercised since 1533. They are not issued automatically. The design and build of the web application to help with this application and approval process is complex and involves four or more parties: the bride, the groom, the supporting minister/s and the Faculty Office.

Edinburgh Young Carers

Edinburgh Young Carers is one of the most well established and largest organisations in Scotland dedicated to working with and supporting young carers. Their mission is to make a positive difference in the lives and futures of young carers through support, information, respite and personal development and training.

Nason Associates was approached to design and develop key funded projects
• A new corporate identity for the ‘We Care’ initiative and a social led website.
Nason Associates then identified, designed and developed an automated accreditation system where schools could choose their levels of accreditation (25 levels and themes were available) the system automated all the delivery objectives / requirements / uploads/ and allowed for the approval of each submission with certification.

NotaryPRO is the online portal through which the Faculty Office administrates its regulation of the profession. Every trainee and practising Notary will require to register in NotaryPRO and apply for Certification through it.

Ledrop represent some of the world’s most famous drinks’ brands in Nigeria, including those of Remy Cointreau, William Grant & Sons, Laurent-Perrier, Jagermeister, and Armand de Briganc champagne.
Ledrop approached Nason Associates to create a fresh website. One that gave them flexibility to add and update Principals, Styles, Brands, Products and descriptions of their portfolio via an easy use tailor made module.

ENRC

ENRC is one of the world’s leading natural resources groups in mining, processing, power and logistics.

Creating a look and feel for their transformation programme helped to promote the change of their business within Kasakhstan, Switzerland, Russia and the UK.

The Faculty Office

The Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury has three functions
• the issue of Special Marriage Licences
• the regulation of the Notarial profession
• the legal work for the awarding by the Archbishop of “Lambeth” Degrees.

The Faculty Office has its origins in the Ecclesiastical Licences Act 1533. This Act transferred to the Archbishop of Canterbury the power to grant “all maner licences, dispensacions, faculties, composicions, delegacies, rescriptes, instrumentes or wrytynges have byn accustomed to be had at the see of Rome”.

It highlights its geographical location, being at the cross roads of the developing world and presents key facts and figures across their licence areas with excellent reports and prospects.

Royal College of Nursing

The RCN represents nurses and nursing, promotes excellence in practice and shapes health policies.

As part of their engagement programme we developed an initiative called ‘Your space’ to keep all staff aware of their office replan and how these changes would affect them. Also, as part of the RCN standards review we designed a customer service booklet to explain the new standards that its members had to abide by.

LBMW is a long established firm of solicitors with modern values and skills representing companies, organisations and businesses across the world in a wide range of sectors.

We have designed a combined CRM, Leadership and Sales tool called ‘LBMW Answers’ consisting of ‘Charity Answers’ and ‘Education Answers’ offering subscribers with free access to search easily for relevant information and the opportunity to seek answers from LBMW.

Portman Group

The Local Alcohol Partnerships (LAPs) Group is facilitated by the Portman Group and includes industry schemes/initiatives and trade associations helping to address a range of night time economy issues including: Tackling crime and anti-social behaviour; Creating safer high streets; Preventing underage drinking; Ensuring responsible alcohol marketing; Improving the local commercial environment; Providing alcohol education and information.

As well as the creation of the LAPG website our task at the conference was to capture delegates’ views at the start of a two year project.  These concerned the challenges and opportunities of the programme with the aim of building a library of stimulating and engaging content for the final programme report.
